Or should I say Ubuntu vs Vista? :-). So what happend? Well, I've been using Vista Enterprise on my desktop machine for some time now. It used to run pretty okay, well okay as far as that goes for a WinSystem.

I've just finished upgrading my honey's blog to the new Wordpress 2.6 since it was still running the old 2.3.x version (oops :P). To all who may find it interesting, let me give you a couple tips:

In an attempt to get my darling Alex starting to blog again, I've told you I setup a new blog for her here. System of choice is of course the famous Wordpress! For the WP-critics among us, I know this thing might not be the most secure toy around, but a good Apache configuration can perform miracles :-D.

I am proud to announce that my dearest sweetheart now also has a blog on the m0nk3y.com server.
For the moment it is still under development, but the frontpage is already online.

Well... I finally did it... after some time seeing the horrible apache2-default page, and after that some notepad contructed thingy, I managed to put a decent site online.

Wonder how I did it? Easy... check out the nice people of Drupal, and you'll find out soon enough :).

Anyway, going to play around with this thing some more! Cya later!
